Description
Given a graph $G=(V,E)$, incrementally determine whether each node $s\in S\subseteq V$ can reach a node $t\in T \subseteq V$, with a constant sensitivity of $K(\epsilon, t)$, i.e. when $K(\epsilon, t)$ edges are added.
